Hikvision IP cameras Smart Launches First in Indonesia,. PT. Prima Innovations Technology, the official distributor of Hikvision, security support device maker from China, today launched the Smart IP Camera in Indonesia. Smart IP Camera is targeting two classifications market in Indonesia, namely 4-series IPC for the middle class segment and the 6-series IPC for upscale segment.
Hikvision which has its headquarters in Hangzhou, China has been active in supporting the security business since 2001. Hikvision has more than 20 branches in various parts of the world, such as USA, Europe, Dubai, Russia, India, Hong Kong, Italy, Singapore, Australia , France, Spain, England, Poland, Africa and Brazil.
Based on the research results IHS Research 2014, Hikvision scooped No. 1 market share in China and occupied the third position in the world's top video surveillance products for three consecutive years. Sales revenue in 2014 grew by 60% from the previous year due to increased demand for CCTV market.
