This was officially announced by Terry Myerson, Microsoft's Executive Vice President for Operating Systems division.
"Microsoft will upgrade all PCs, whether original or pirated Windowsnya, to Windows 10. The goal is to embrace back hundreds of millions of Windows users in China" - Terry Myerson
To succeed in this program, Microsoft has teamed up with Lenovo, Qihoo 360 Technology Co., and Tencent Holdings Ltd.
Released Between June - September 2015
In addition to the announcement, Terry Myerson also ensure that Windows 10 Final will be released this summer, between June - September 2015.
