Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Operating Systems Group, Joe Belfiore, on Wednesday (01/21/2015) local time, shows the appearance and performance of Windows 10 on smartphones and tablets with a size of 8 inches and smaller.
One of the major changes is the backgroud image and user interface (UI) tiles, making the interface more presentable and attractive. Belfiore also stressed that a universal application will work just as well on a desktop or mobile device.
